If you have just started yoga or would like to deepen your practice, we will accompany you mindfully on your path to a healthy lifestyle, a clear mind and a strong body. Our classes are individually tailored to your needs and combine elements from different yoga styles, because we believe in the healing power of diversity. We love all kinds of yoga and believe in combining different styles. Each style brings its own unique qualities and a wide variety of practices. Together, we will blend these styles and approaches to create a personalized program that fits your goals, level, and state of health.
Hatha Yoga

is focused to hold asanas in a steady and comfortable position through several breaths and therefore is a much more calm and non-dynamic practice. In combination with Pranayama (breathing techniques) which help to bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Vinyasa

Flow yoga provides students with a complete yoga experience and an excellent workout.  Students move from one pose to the next without stopping, coordinating breath with movement to maintain focus and energize the body. It is a good idea to take a few slower paced classes to learn basic poses before joining your first flow yoga class.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga explores the softer side of the movements practiced in more muscular (yang) yoga series. The focus of yin yoga is the gentle stretching of muscles and connective tissue, especially in the areas of the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Yin yoga is suitable for students of all levels.

Pranayama

Pranayama focuses on conscious breathing to balance energy and calm the mind. Through guided breathing techniques, you’ll improve lung capacity, release tension, and enhance overall well-being. Pranayama is suitable for students of all levels.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep a, is an immensely powerful relaxation and meditation technique. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic guided practice takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Yoga nidra is a practice that everyone at any age.

Meditation

Meditation is a state of consciousness and provides peace, serenity and inner peace – mentally and physically. Meditation relaxes the nervous system and helps reduce stress. Through meditation the hormonal system is harmonised and the immune system is strengthened and makes you calmer in everyday life.

Hatha Vinyasa Yin Yoga Pranayama

My yoga journey began in 2008 at Baptiste Power Vinyasa studio in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I was drawn to the intense physical workouts of this powerful style and soon I fell in love with the hot yoga experience. Regular practice helped me control and eventually overcome a metabolic imbalance that required daily medication for several years. In 2012 I came home to Thailand with a dream of sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. My goal as a yoga teacher is to inspire students of all levels reach their personal goals and full potential in every practice. Relating to students as individuals and helping them bring their best effort every time they step on the mat is what makes me happiest.

Hatha Yin Yoga Pranayama Meditation

Due to my work at a computer, I developed poor posture and chronic muscle tension in my back and shoulders in my late twenties. I often suffered from neck pain and headaches. The therapies recommended by doctors – massages, heat treatments, physical therapy, and targeted muscle training – only provided short-term relief. I first encountered yoga while on vacation with friends: a yoga teacher friend invited me to practice with the group every day. After just one week, I felt a significant improvement, and after two weeks I was almost pain-free. That sparked my enthusiasm for yoga.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any dedicated parking spaces directly at the studio.
Please use the car park of Grundschule Nusse (primary school), Poggenseer Str. 11, 23896 Nusse. From there it’s an easy 3-minute walk straight up “Auf den Breiten” to our entrance.

Thank you for helping us keep the immediate surroundings quiet and accessible for our neighbours. We look forward to welcoming you on the mat!
